Be Ready to Dance is a UK-based small business created by a dance mom to offer practical, fun, and supportive dance-themed subscription boxes and gift sets.

2. Orders

All orders are subject to availability. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed. Please ensure your delivery address is correct; we are not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses.

3. Subscriptions

• Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled.
• You may pause, skip, switch box types, or cancel your subscription anytime through your account or by contacting us.
• Subscriber discounts (10% off) apply only to active subscriptions.

4. Prices and Payment

Prices are in GBP and include VAT (if applicable). Shipping costs are shown at checkout. Payment is securely processed via Shopify at purchase time. Prices may change, but not after your order is placed.

5. Delivery

We aim to dispatch boxes monthly and ship one-off orders within a few business days. UK delivery typically takes 3–7 working days post-dispatch. Delays caused by postal services or weather are beyond our control.

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the personal and hygiene nature of our products—including hair accessories, dance socks, tights, and pants—we do not offer refunds or exchanges. Please ensure you select the correct sizes and colours before ordering.

If any item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

7. Product Information

We strive to describe all products accurately, including sizes, colours, and quantities. Hand-stamped notepads may vary slightly and should be kept dry to avoid ink transfer.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, images, and text are the property of Be Ready to Dance and may not be copied without permission.

9. Privacy
