Returns and Refunds Policy

Returns

Due to the nature of our products and hygiene standards, we do not accept any returns unless they arrive faulty or damaged.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If there’s a problem with your order (damaged, missing or incorrect items), please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We’ll do our best to resolve it quickly.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued for items that arrive damaged or faulty, and we may require a photo for reference. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel a subscription or one-off order, please contact us within 12 hours of purchase. After this, your box may already be packed and on its way.
